Artist, sculptor, and photographer, who is scientifically and socially engaged. A graduate of the Art High School in Katowice and the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow. From 2015, a PhD student at the Pedagogical University of Cracow. Scholarship holder of the Minister of Science and Higher Education. Co-founder of the “Ceramics Without Borders” association and the artistic group “Vera Icon”, which brings together several Christian artists. The owner of the his own ceramics workshop since 2014. Jakub Niewadana simplifies shapes known to their viewers, treats them synthetically, thus reducing animalistic forms to the role of modern icons. Ceramic works of the artist can be found in collections in Poland and abroad.
